Booking policy

10 % non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking. Non-transferable.
20 % non-refundable deposit for group bookings of 10 cottages or more. Non-transferable.
Balance 14 days prior in full, non-refundable.
30 days prior for festive season and group bookings.
Bookings shall be regarded as no show/cancelled on non-payment.
